What will you need to review and provide quote/estimate?
We will need the following to help us evaluate…

  • Any plans (PDF) e-mailed.
  • Address or cross streets, zip code etc. to help locate on Google maps.
  • We always accept any other documents such as sketches, spec’s etc. that you would like to submit.
  • You can submit all documents by scan/e-mail or fax up to 10 pages to our toll free fax number.

What will you need to set-up my account with your company?

We will need your and your company information:

  • Company name
  • Company address
  • Company phone & fax
  • Company website
  • Your name, position & phone number
  • Accounting contact information
  • PO # if your company provides it
  • We will go through verifying the above and issue your account.
  • *This should be e-mailed to our office for our records.

How will I receive the plans?

We will e-mail the initial plans for your review and submittal to City/County/CALTRANS engineer for review.

1) First- we will e-mail the plans for your review. We will make any adjustments that are necessary. If acceptable.. you may submit to the agency directly for review.

2) If the agency required some changes- we will make quick changes and e-mail the plans to you for resubmittal.

3) We will do up to three rounds of changes.

4) Usually, they will be approved on first or second round.

5) Upon final approval(Engineered plans only) We will UPS three sets of plans with our engineer seal/stamp on the plans. You then, submit those plans to get your permit.

How long will the plans take to get done?

Plan drawing: time frame will be presented after we review your project and walk through the phasing/staging.

Plan redline changes: Our plan changes are done very quick.

How long do I get to pay for the plans?
Payment time frames

LARGE PROJECTS:
We typically provide 30-DAY NET on large projects.
Deposit is required on the large projects.

SMALL PROJECTS (Less than 5 sheets)
Usually payment due at plan submittal to client with 15-DAY NET and at times does required a deposit.

How do I pay for the plans?
